CONTEXT & OBJECTIVE

The project to extend the quay, 15 m high and 270 m long, was complex and a real challenge.

The warehouse area was renovated and expanded to receive additional volumes and support the growth of the country and of the sub-region.

Following completion of the first phase of infrastructure work, new information systems were implemented, with the team playing a key role.

INTERVENTION WORK

• We contributed to the improvement of the centralised order management tool.
• Organisation of the operational life of the department.
• Direct management of project controls.
